'A Notturna

Description

The wine is aged for about six months in contact with fine lees to express its best features. Its colour is
deep and bright gold, with good texture. On the nose, the aromatic complexity is striking with floral, syrup notes of pineapple and apricot, the mineral note typical of wines from volcanic terroir.
In the mouth, the wine is fresh and ample, endowed with good sapidity.
Serving temperature 11° C.
Pairings: aged cheeses, white meats, shellfish.
