TASTING NOTES:

Deep ruby red color, characterized by purple highlights. On the nose, it opens with a complex and enveloping aromatic bouquet, in which are
scents of ripe red fruits, such as cherries, raspberries and plums, intertwine. Floral notes, such as violet, and spicy nuances are added. In addition, delicate hints of wood from aging can be perceived, with hints of vanilla and cocoa completing the flavor profile. In the mouth, it offers a rich and enveloping taste experience. Freshness is well balanced by soft, silky tannins that impart elegance and structure. Red fruit flavors blend harmoniously with spice notes and a subtle minerality that hints at Etna's volcanic terroir. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasantly savory aftertaste
