TASTING NOTES:

Crystal-clear straw yellow color, bright and inviting, with golden reflections that highlight its freshness. An aromatic complexity stands out on the nose with intense floral scents, accompanied by notes of white fruits, such as apple and peach, and delicate citrus nuances reminiscent of lemon and grapefruit. Mineral hints typical of Etna's volcanic terroir can also be perceived. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with a perfect balance between acidity and structure. It presents distinct floral hints followed by ripe fruit tones, with a long, savory finish that enhances the minerality, making it ideal to pair with fish dishes, shellfish and summer salads.
