The wine is deep ruby red in color, the nose is fruity and spicy with green notes of bell pepper. In the mouth, it is soft and fresh, slightly tannic and gently persistent. It can be paired with red meat but is best tasted with grouper dishes, bluefish and tuna, as well as vegetarian or meat cous cous.
