TASTING NOTES:
deep, bright ruby red color with violet hues, highlighting the wine's freshness. On the nose, it offers a complex and enveloping aromatic bouquet, with intense aromas of juicy raspberries and blood oranges, enriched by delicate notes of white flowers, yellow apple and tropical fruit. The typical mineral nuances of the Etna terroir are perfectly integrated, making the olfactory experience unique. In the mouth, it proves elegant and well-structured, with a vibrant freshness that balances soft, silky tannins. Red fruit flavors blend harmoniously with notes of hazelnut and vanilla, coming from aging in chestnut barrels. The finish is long and persistent, characterized by a delicate mineral aftertaste.
