Description
The wine is deep ruby red and quite consistent. On the nose, we initially perceive a floral scent with hints of red fruits, almond, cinnamon and cocoa. In the mouth, it is soft and fresh; the tannins typical of the vine are elegant and dry the fairly persistent. Pair it with roasted red meats, pasta timbales and cured meats.
