The wine is fairly consistent straw yellow.
On the nose, it has notes of white flowers, fresh fruit such as yellow apple and tropical fruit; it is accompanied by mineral notes typical of Carricante.
In the mouth, it is fresh, ample, with good sapidity.
Serving temperature 8-10°C
Pair it with aged cheeses, white meats and shellfish.
