OLFACTIVE SENSATIONS: The grappa presents itself with a
scent that is not very intense, delicate with scents
slightly vinous, which remains constant throughout the
duration of the tasting.
TASTE SENSATIONS: Pleasantly harmonious, dry grappa with mineral notes typical of the volcanic soils where the pomace comes from. Overall, it is pleasant and elegant, with a fragrant note typical of fresh, vinous pomace.
PERSISTENCE: quite persistent, tends to fade with slow gradualness. DILUTION with demineralized water and cold filtration
FRENCHNESS: The product is extremely clean and there are no defects.
