The wine is of a fairly consistent straw yellow colour.
On the nose, it has notes of white flowers and fresh fruit including pomegranate and tropical fruit, accompanied by mineral notes typical of the Carricante variety.
In the mouth, it is fresh and ample, with good sapidity.
Serving temperature 8-10°C
Pair it with aged cheeses, white meats and shellfish.
